Because we are a travel agency, the information we collect may be more detailed than that collected by a typical website. Depending on the services you request, this may include your legal name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, passport or other government identification information, citizenship or nationality, Known Traveler Number or Global Entry number, airline/hotel/car-rental loyalty numbers, travel dates and destinations, flight and accommodation details, seating and room preferences, dietary or accessibility requirements, emergency contact information, payment information, and other details needed to arrange or manage your travel.

We collect the information reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, communicate with you, make or manage travel arrangements, and meet applicable legal or supplier requirements.

We love seeing client vacation photos. We save photos you share with us but do not share them with anyone, and do not use them for promotional purposes unless you have specifically agreed in writing.

We collect payment information by phone or through a secure email link, not through our website. Payment information may be processed directly by the applicable travel supplier, payment processor, or other service provider. We retain payment-related information only as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.

When you ask us to arrange international travel, personal information may need to be provided to travel suppliers, government authorities, or other service providers located outside the United States. Those parties may process your information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

When you visit our website, we and our website and technology providers may automatically collect certain data about your visit. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring website, and other technical details.

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting that sends a signal to websites you visit. There is currently no generally accepted standard for responding to these signals, and our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

We share limited personal information with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other providers for services you have requested. Our host agencies (Travel Edge and Coastline Travel Advisors) and our travel consortia, Virtuoso and Ensemble, see limited information as required to support your bookings. We do not sell or lease personal information.

We may use service providers to perform business functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, website hosting, technology services, communications, database management, analytics, and document or itinerary delivery. These providers may have access to personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect that information appropriately.

Sensitive details such as dietary or accessibility needs are used solely to arrange and support your travel, and are shared solely with the suppliers directly involved in your trip.

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. We retain travel booking records for as long as necessary to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations. If you believe personal information we have about you is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact your Travel Advisor or email us at Info@BlackhawkVacations.com to let us know what needs to be corrected. We will make reasonable efforts to update our records, subject to any legal or legitimate business requirements that require us to retain the original records.

We may send you marketing communications about travel opportunities, special offers, destinations, and services that may be of interest to you. This may include email and print materials from us, or from our travel consortia, Virtuoso and Ensemble. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message, and you can stop print mailings at any time by contacting your Travel Advisor.

We may send communications necessary to provide services you have requested. These may include booking confirmations, payment reminders, itinerary updates, travel documents, schedule changes, supplier notices, and other details related to your travel. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending these service-related communications.

If you provide your mobile number, we may send text messages related to your bookings and travel services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We may communicate with you, and with guides, suppliers, and other travel partners on your behalf, through third-party travel platforms and messaging services such as WhatsApp, Signal, or similar services. Information shared through these services is subject to the privacy practices of the applicable platform.

Blackhawk Vacations and its subsidiaries do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. If Blackhawk Vacations, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor or acquiring entity will be expected to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law.

We may disclose personal information when required by law, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or the safety of our clients or others.

California residents may request a list of all third parties to whom we disclosed personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes in the preceding year: Virtuoso, Ensemble, Travel Edge, Coastline Travel Advisors, and any supplier with whom we obtained a quote or made a booking on your behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any revised version will be posted on this page, along with the date it took effect.
